Loadshedding Notice:
While we’ve got rechargeable lightbulbs installed indoors, we kindly request you to bring your torches and solar lamps for outdoor lighting or as a backup. This way, you’ll have reliable lighting at your disposal, regardless of the stage of loadshedding we may encounter. Your preparedness is greatly appreciated!
Activities
Meander down a path to the lagoon and take a refreshing dip in the crystal blue pool on a hot day. Bring your mountain bikes, hiking kit and fishing rods. Canoe, paddle, waterski or just laze around the pool.

*Minimum Nights
A minimum of 2 nights is required for Friday to Monday bookings. One-night bookings are available mid-week (Tuesday to Thursday). Minimum stay will increase on long weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
Cancellation policy for peak season.
- Free cancellation and full refund if canceled 31 days or more before arrival.
- Forfeit deposit if canceled within 30 days before arrival.
- Forfeit total if canceled 14 days or less before arrival.
Directions
Drive through Hermanus until you see the yacht club. The 2nd turnoff after the yacht club is marked with white stones (sign on the electronic gate reads Lagoon Rock). Drive down the track until you see no 5 directly ahead.

What do our guests say?
The house is beautiful and warm. Very comfortable furnishings with really lovely linens.
Everything you could possibly need to cook with in the large kitchen. We had bad weather so couldn't really use the lagoon or the pool, but I imagine it must be magical. We were also really comfortable in the cold and rain thanks to the huge fireplace (with firewood!) and great WiFi. Also full Dstv bouquet.
Even with the cold, I spent most of my time on the porch. The view is breathtaking and changes its look throughout the day. Very easy to access and Andrew was available as we needed (but we didn't really) 10 minute drive to Hermanus with all its activities
Upstairs room has a big bath which I thoroughly enjoyed.
A gorgeous peacock roams around and we were also visited by some cute rabbits.Great veiws and good entertaining space. Comfortable beds and generally well-equipped kitchen.
Absolutely perfect - lovely large living area, deck, bedrooms and bathrooms, and braai area. Pool was great and just a great place to unwind and be in a private setting. Our little grandson loved the petting farm next door too. Clean and everything that was needed.
