The hottub is an all year round delight. In the heat of summer you can cool off for some relief by using the tub without heating it.

During those cooler autumn/winter evenings, light that fire and within an hour it will be ready for you to relax with a glass of local red wine, do some stargazing with the added charm of a burning woodfire.

So many things to do if you don’t feel like whiling the time away in a hammock with your book. You can swim in the dam go for walks or a cycle, relax and have a hot bubble bath in the forest.

Absolute simple family bliss! Our little family absolutely loved our stay at the Little Farmhouse - everything was simple, clean, just lovely. The kids had a ball, and there was nobody around us, so lovely for a really great family weekend. But so close to town so we still went out for breakfast and sampled the local brewery. Very well appointed. Comfy and warm bedding. Steaming hot water and a lovely fireplace. The owls and stars at night are just divine. Thank you Natalie & Kevin - we will certainly be back.

Best family weekend away!
Wow! This place took my breath away! The house is old and full of antiques yet has everything you need. A massive porch overlooks the donkeys grazing on your lawn while steam rises from the wood-fired hot tub, the kids are running off into the forest to catch frogs or feed the Alpacas. Loadshedding hit one night while we were in the hot tub, but the air was clear so we stayed inside the warm water even longer while watching the starry night sky. There's no signal so the days are long and slow, perfect for a mental reset. But the ability to wonder off and explore the farm was my ultimate favourite! We're definitely coming back. Hands down best winter family holiday we've had in years! Warning: The owner refused to tell me, but there is a chemical in the hot tub water that puts you to sleep as soon as you get out of it! Haha!

A fantastic family extended weekend.
We spent 4 days at the Little Farmhouse. A well appointed cottage that housed 5 of us comfortably. The hot tub was a welcome addition in the cold weather. The hot water bottles on the beds were a nice touch and were really needed.

The Little Farmhouse was perfect for our family weekend away! We had a great time using the braai area, hot tub and feeding the donkeys each morning. Hot water, everything needed was there to make food, braai, tea/coffee etc. Would highly recommend if you like a more rural, rustic break!
